A Little About My Approach
I’m a seasoned somatic psychotherapist, couples counselor, coach, writer, and artist. And I’m the creator of The SomaField Principles, which are 10 elements that must be actively present and in dynamic balance for client work to be transformational, productive, and successful.
I work with individuals and couples, and I teach The SomaField Principles to fellow therapists, coaches, and practitioners.
Clients tell me they feel seen, safe, and genuinely cared for. My work is trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and rooted in deep relational integrity. I bring a grounded, skillful presence and I stay committed to learning and evolving.
If you’d like to learn more about my signature way of working, you can read about The SomaField Principles here or on my blog.
