Somatic Healing Meditation is a new modality that’s both a practice and process to use in times of need.

Guided Meditations
Somatic Healing Meditation teaches 5 core skills that lead to embodiment, presence, and self loving to support us in living mindfully. We practice it so that we have the tools ready in our bodies when we meet moments of high emotional or physical charge such as:
conflict
trauma responses
stress and anxiety
reactivity
difficult choices
moments of high pressure
and any other time where we need to self parent or ground ourselves.
The 5 components can also be used by helping practitioners as a somatic-based tool of attunement in order to root the healing process in the body.
