A Little About My Approach
I’m a seasoned somatic psychotherapist, couples counselor, coach, writer, and artist. And I’m the creator of SomaField—my signature integrative approach to transformational client work.
I’ve been doing this work since 2008, with a background in Somatic Psychotherapy, Couples Counseling, Coaching, and Group Facilitation. Over the years, my practice has stayed full through word of mouth alone—a reflection of the depth, trust, and transformation that clients experience. I’m proud of that, and I don’t take it lightly. So truly—thank you for being here.
Clients tell me they feel seen, safe, and genuinely cared for. My work is trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and rooted in deep relational integrity. I bring a grounded, skillful presence—and I stay committed to learning, unlearning, and evolving.
If you’d like to learn more about my signature way of working, you can read about The SomaField Approach to Transformational Client work on my homepage or my blog.
